Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mary Puppins.

All orders ship within 3 business days of receipt of order and shipped via Australia Post. Tracking number will be supplied.

No International Orders are accepted at this time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless their is a product defect.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and the original tags are included
  • The product and/or tags are not damaged
  • The product has not been used

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges incurred by you in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

We are happy to honor returns, but ask that you cover the costs of return shipment, unless the error was due to our fault. We try to keep the costs down for everyone by not charging high prices to cover all returns. Shipping is not free it can cost up to 50% of the product.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately and include photo(s) of the defect. On inspection and where defect is clear, we will exchange, give store credit or refund.

Sale/Clearance items

Sale / Clearance items can not be refunded for change of mind reasons. Only if faulty.
